Where the hand stays visible - this body of work emerged from a deliberate withdrawal from working with software, fabricators, and production workrooms. Each bead is hand stitched, drawing from research into indigenous adornment and women's weaving traditions, translated into something fragmented and painterly. The result sits somewhere between folk craft and abstract painting.
